​At Dr. Brandynicole, LLC we believe that "leadership" happens at all levels of the organization, not solely in the Executive Suite. We will work with you and your team to identify the best approach to establish your leadership culture and identify your approach to leadership development.  

 

We will collaborate with you and your team to complete an assessment utilizing the industry's latest evidence-based tools followed by identifying overarching leadership styles and ways to integrate them into your daily practice. 

 

As a part of our Leadership Development program, you will walk away with a clear understanding of leadership at all levels, leadership styles, and a comprehensive Leadership Strategic Plan detailing our work together. 

 

​​​​​​​​​​​​Finally, you will have access to Dr. Brandynicole, LLC for 1:1 and group leadership coaching and consultation for up to 6 months following the submission of your report.
