Initial consultation, lasting up to 30 minutes, is free of charge.  Additional consultation is charged at an hourly rate. Consultation can take place via email, telephone contact, virtually, or face-to-face (within the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia area). Curriculum development and design is completed using the ADDIE model.  In conjunction with consultation, curriculum development/design provides you with a training built from the ground up specifically for your program or agency.  Once completed, you will receive a PDF file of the PowerPoint, Participant Guide, and Instructor Guide.  To learn more about curriculum development and design support, click here.

Training Facilitiation includes the delivery of training at your training ready specified site.  "Training Ready" means there is a room  set up with a projector and projector screen, flipchart paper, and markers.  Eban Consulting will provide copies of the Participant Guide. To learn more about available trainings, click here.

For any curriculum developed by Dr. Brandynicole, LLC, a training of trainers (TOT) is available for your agency to ensure sustainability.  The purpose of the TOT is to prepare your trainers to present the curriculum developed by Dr. Brandynicole, LLC in future settings.

 

The TOT typically takes an additional 1/2 of the full time of the training (ie. If the training is 3 hours, the TOT will take 6 hours). To learn more about the the TOT process, please click here.

Clinical Supervision towards the LGSW or LICSW in Washington, DC is provided both on an individual and group basis. Clinical supervision includes face-to-face supervision as well as licensing exam preparation.
